Modular Platforms · Gangways · Fall Protection

You've got a fall hazard. We scope the fix. As easy to understand as our platforms are to bolt together.

Pre-engineered modular work platforms with no-weld connections. Quoted in days, shipped fast, and sized by someone who reads how OSHA actually judges your plant. Across eleven Western states.

No tie-off on top of the railcars? A citation by the silo? Send four photos and a hatch count. We'll map what applies before anyone drives out.

What we lead with

Pre-engineered modular platforms. No welding, no guesswork, no six-week shop drawing.

Most plants don't need a custom-fabricated monument. They need the right-sized platform around a real work area. Engineered, OSHA-referenced, and on a truck while the fabricator down the road is still scheduling a site visit.

Modular, no-weld

Bolt-together kit-of-parts. Reconfigurable when the line changes. No hot work permit to install.

Engineered drawing, every time

You get the drawing with the load rating, the OSHA reference, and the cert. The thing your engineer and your committee actually need.

Quoted fast, shipped fast

Standard configurations move in days. The judgment up front is what keeps the back end simple.

The actual product

The same engineer who sizes a $3M loading rack sizes your $8,000 platform.

Anyone can sell you compliance. The harder thing. The thing 30 years on the same platforms teaches you. Is reading how OSHA judges a given situation and giving you the right answer inside the code. Sometimes that's a full rack. More often it's a gangway and a cage, and we'll tell you so.

Right-sized
More often than not, the honest answer costs less than the first quote you were handed.
We show you the line items you don't need. On the walk, in writing.
Where the work actually happens

This is your crew. On top of a railcar, in the weather, every shift.

The whole product is making that moment safe, and sized to the spot, not gold-plated.

Proven where it's hardest

We've put operators safely on top of railcars for some of the largest food & beverage operations in the country.

A global beverage leader
A Fortune-100 food producer
The country's largest mozzarella maker
A major grain & ingredients processor
A national dairy
…and we'll take your single loading spot just as seriously, and size it just as honestly.

Who we are

It started with a man watching workers cross to the top of a chemical truck on a single wood plank.

That was the first safe-access platform. The bench behind us has been building this category ever since, and our leadership has spent decades on the same platforms, in the same yards, on the same cold mornings as the crews who use them.

We're the Western front for that heritage: the people who size it, supply it, and stand behind it on your side of the Rockies.

Our territory

The West, covered, and supplied from inside it.

COUTWYMTIDWAORCANVAZNM

Nearly every gangway maker ships from coastal South Carolina. We don't.

Headquartered in Carbondale, Colorado. On I-70.
Platforms and gangways manufactured in Houston, Texas.
A contractor and install network already west of the supply problem.
Site walks and freight measured in hours, not cross-country days.
Common situations

People don't search for a part number. They search for what's wrong.

Start from the situation you're actually in. We'll meet you there, read it the way OSHA likely would, and right-size the fix.

We got an OSHA fall-protection citation

There's an abatement clock. Here's what the inspector flagged and the fastest engineered fix that satisfies it. Without over-building.

Operators climb on top of tank cars

The grayest, riskiest ground in the plant. Take the climb away with the right deck, gangway, and cage.

"We bottom-load, so we're covered"

Crews still go up to vent, sample, and wash out. That's the exposure that gets cited.

Our gangway got hit or won't level

Service it, retrofit it, or replace it. Any brand, fast, so the bay keeps running.

The "temporary" scaffold never came down

It's billing every month and getting flagged every walk. A permanent platform ends both.

New rail spur or loading line coming in

Design the access before the first car. When it's an engineered detail, not a citation.

Crews work near an unprotected roof edge

Servicing rooftop units a stride from the drop. A non-penetrating guardrail takes the edge out of play, no holes in the roof.

Workers climb out of an open roof hatch

The cover protects the hole closed; nothing protects the person at the open hole. A rail and a self-closing gate close the gap.

A skylight someone could fall through

It looks like floor and the dome won't hold a body. A non-penetrating screen stops the fall and keeps the light.
