Two ways we show up

A site visit solves one problem. An assessment hands you a whole operation. Assessed and ready.

Need a quote? We'll come out, take the measurements, and solve it. Free, every time. But the more valuable thing we do is read one whole operation. Say, the tank farm loading six products out by truck and rail. End to end against every level of compliance, and hand you a living, studied model of it: assessed, costed, and ready to produce as your budget frees up. So the next job is already scoped before you call.

Know the difference

One gets you a quote. The other gives you the whole sector, pre-solved.

Always free

The Site Visit

You've got a problem. We show up, no charge, ever.

Call us out and we come stand in front of it. We capture the full spatial envelope, work the solution with you on the spot, and quote it. That's how we earn the next conversation, not by sending an invoice for showing up.

  • On-site measurement & spatial envelope
  • A worked solution for the case in front of you
  • A real quote, with the engineered drawing
  • No fee. This is just how we do business

What it covers

One operation, end to end. Everywhere the process touches compliance.

Not a hazard at a time, and not "the entire plant" either. An operation is a process with a beginning and an end. The tank farm loading six products out by truck and rail is one; the distribution center's conveyor lines are another. We take one, read it end to end, and map every place it touches safety and compliance, so nothing on that line gets discovered on an inspection day. Second operation? That's its own assessment, informed by the first.

Safe access throughout the process

Your operation runs on projects and parts. The assessment is cross-company, so it covers the whole picture, and we fulfill it through the right arm: OmniSafe for the engineered, project-based solutions, and our sister company Consolidated for the recurring transfer components and parts that keep the line running. One assessment, both sides of the house.

The deliverable

An assessed and studied safety runway. Ready when your budget is.

Every solution assessed, studied, and priced. Ready to discuss and produce the moment your budget is released. Sequenced for cost efficiency, industry trends, and the compliance that's coming, against what you actually have. No wasted time, no surprise capital.

Ready first

Close the live exposures

The live fall hazards and gaps we'd flag today. Sequenced by risk, sized to pull the trigger now.

Ready when funded

Right-size the known gaps

The gray areas we flagged, already engineered and priced. Ready the moment the capital is released.

On the horizon

Stay ahead of compliance

What's trending in OSHA enforcement and your sector, mapped to your plant before it becomes a requirement.

Why it compounds

We don't re-learn your plant every time you call.

Every assessment becomes a remembered model of your operation. Logged, kept, and carried forward. So the next job isn't a cold start. It's already understood, already half-scoped, and the only new question is timing and budget.

That's the part you can't get from a quote: the relationship that remembers. Known, almost pre-solved, loaded and ready.

A site visit solves today's problem. The assessment hands you a loaded answer for the whole sector. Liquid transfer, loading, and safe access. Ready the moment your budget is.
What "judgment" means here

We read how OSHA is likely to see your situation. From decades of standing in front of these loadouts, and we engineer to that read. But we're not OSHA: no one can hand you an OSHA stamp, and interpretation genuinely varies from one inspector to the next. What we stand behind is the engineering and the experienced judgment behind it. The final call is always OSHA's, and we'd rather give you the right-sized, well-reasoned answer than promise a rubber stamp we can't issue.

The team that remembers it
Who runs the assessment

Your regional manager. Backed by the bench.

A team that judges elevated access for a living, led by thirty-plus years on these exact operations.

The assessment isn't a report a stranger emails you. Your regional manager walks the operation and carries it forward, and every read is weighed against a bench that has sized everything from a single railcar gangway to a multi-million-dollar loading rack. The team works with you to release solutions as your budget arrives, against what you actually have, without wasting your time on scope you don't need yet.

What you keep

The operational record. Judgment you can budget against.

Every domain, read against the code, with the call made and the timing flagged. It's built to do the selling in the rooms we'll never be in, and to carry forward, so year two starts where year one left off.
